Nick Lucchinelli

Managing partner, Sydney

Nick specialises in media relations, crisis communication, narrative framing, and message development, and has guided clients through judicial inquiries, industrial disputes, and leadership change. Before founding the firm with Anil Lambert, he worked as a journalist at the ABC and AAP, and later coordinated global communication at the Geneva-based Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.

Anil Lambert

Anil specialises in writing, message development, and campaign strategy, and has placed hundreds of opinion pieces in major Australian publications. Anil’s work includes counsel to executives and boards at pivotal moments. Before founding the firm with Nick Lucchinelli, he worked as a journalist and producer across television, online, and radio newsrooms.

Sydney

Sofie is an editorial expert who specialises in story construction for advocacy, with a particular feel for political dynamics and complex policy. She spent eight years as a journalist with ABC News in NSW, South Australia, and Queensland, working across radio, television, and online.

Matt Coughlan

Matt is an editorial leader and political communications specialist who has run national news bureaus. He spent seven years with Australian Associated Press, primarily in the Canberra press gallery, and was deputy national chief-of-staff for the News Corp Australia newswire.

Charlie Moore

Sydney

Charlie advises a diverse range of clients including corporates, peak bodies, and unions, and brings a deep understanding of how mainstream news is made. He was previously political editor at Daily Mail Australia, where he covered three federal budgets and the 2022 election campaign, and interviewed two prime ministers.

Kathleen Ferguson

Kathleen is an experienced storyteller and editorial leader who has worked across radio, television, and online platforms. She spent more than a decade with the ABC, producing state TV news bulletins and supervising the national radio desk.

Tim Brunero

Sydney

Tim specialises in media liaison, specialist writing, and media training, and is known for translating complex policy into compelling, human stories. He spent decades in broadcast and print journalism, presenting ABC radio programs across Australia including Nightlife and Summer Drive on ABC Sydney, and began his career as a reporter at The Australian and The Daily Telegraph.

Lauren is a writer and editorial strategist with more than six years of newsroom experience. She covered major cases in the district, supreme, and federal courts at News Corp Australia’s NewsWire, before becoming deputy chief of staff.

Eliot Barham

Sydney

Eliot specialises in high-stakes communication counsel, issues management, and broadcast strategy. He served as executive producer for the Ray Hadley Morning Show on 2GB, and has provided communications strategy for NSW Police and the NSW Rental Commissioner.
